This sauce is wonderful with roast AngusPure beef, fillet, cube rolls or ribs - almost anything... It is also very good used on AngusPure beef sandwiches like a spread.
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
Method:
In a small bowl whisk together horseradish, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, ground red pepper and sour cream. Voila!
- Important to note that horseradish in the jar already contains vinegar- may wish to leave out the vinegar in the recipe for this reason.
