In 2012 we undertook an ambitious project to transform a derelict 1950’s automotive workshop into our trademark Auckland café, cooking and brewing seven days a week.
We are an “Izakaya” dining bar, offering ‘Yokocho’ laneway dining. The Yokocho market place originates from the alleys between two main streets, where the black markets once traded.
